Summer Time is Back !!!
Did you know that it's "National turn your TV off week"...so appropriate with summer getting into full swing. We're going to make that real easy for you this week as our full entertainment schedule begins.
On Monday night, June 18, join us for our KOOL101 Classic Car Cruise night featuring great oldies music, ride wrist bands for $11.00 that are good from 5:00-8:00, and of course, Splash for less Cash on the Waterslide for just $10.00. Mini golf is just $2.00. This week, we're pleased that the Waterford Community Band will take the boardwalk stage at 7:00. Parking and admission is always free on Monday Night.
On Tuesday night, June 19, join us for the Groton Cinemas Beach Blanket Movie Series featuring "Happy Feet Two" Mumble is back and everybody's favorite tap dancing penguin now has a son Erik who just isn't feeling the beat. The movie is rated G and will start at 9:00.
Do you believe in Magic? We do with the help of our friend Jim Spinnato as The Boardwalk Magic series continues with The Magic of Pete Haddad at 7:00 live on the boardwalk stage Wednesday night June 20.
On Thursday night June 21st, from 6:30-9:30, we welcome back DJ Bill Rinoski with our Sock Hop on the Boardwalk. There are always plenty of games and prizes as all kids are winners at Ocean Beach Park
On Friday night June 22, join us for the Ocean Beach Park Concert series featuring The Dick Campo Big Band starting at 8:00. What a great sound for the boardwalk stage!
On Saturday night June 23, we look forward to some great karaoke by Q105 Radio Station starting at 6:30 on the boardwalk. Kids are invited to participate early during this event.
Season parking passes include all the entertainment at Ocean Beach Park and are still available. If you pay to come in, you can take that one day only parking receipt to our gift shop and we'll give you full credit for it toward the purchase of a season pass.
Parents, please don't forget to keep a close eye on your kids, especially around the water. Safety doesn't happen by accident...(does that make sense?)
We look forward to seeing YOU on the boardwalk, and until then....
Think Sunshine
